【摘要】:Thistestmethodmaybeusedtodeterminetheeffectivenessofliquidandaerosolantimicrobialproductsagainstdesignatedprototypeviruses.Theeffectiveantimicrobialconcentrationshouldbedeterminedutilizingcellculturesasthehostsystemforspecificviruses.Thistestmethodisapplicablefortestingofliquidandpressurizedantimicrobialproductsagainstvirusesoninanimatenonporousenvironmentalsurfaces.1.1Thislaboratorytestmethodisusedtoevaluatethevirucidalefficacyofliquid,aerosol,ortriggersprayantimicrobialsolutionsoninanimatenonporousenvironmentalsurfaces.Thistestmethodmaybeemployedwithmostvirusesandisdesignedforcellculturehostsystems.1.2Thistestmethodshouldbeperformedonlybythosetrainedinmicrobiologicalorvirologicaltechniques.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Theusershouldconsultareferenceforthelaboratorysafetyrecommendations.1.4ItistheresponsibilityoftheinvesigatortodeterminewhetherGoodLaboratoryPracticeregulations(GLPs)arerequiredandtofollowthemwhereappropriate(40CFR,Part160forEPAsubmissionsand21CFR,Part58forFDAsubmissions).Refertotheappropriateregulatoryagencyforperformancestandardsofvirucidalefficacy.
