【摘要】:ThepurposeofthispartofISO/IECTR10000istoprovidethecontextforfunctionalstandardizationinsupportofOpenSystemEnvironments(OSE).ItprovidesprinciplesandaclassificationschemeforOSEprofileswhichmaybeorhavebeensubmittedforratificationasInternationalStandardizedProfiles(ISPs).ISO/IECTR10000-1definestheconceptofprofilesthataredocumentedasISPs.ThispartofISO/IECTR10000outlinesthebasicOSEobjectivesandconcepts,anddefinesanapproachandformatforOSEprofilesspecifiedbyInternationalStandardizedProfiles.ItgivesguidancetoorganizationsproposingDraftOSEISPs,onthenatureandcontentofthedocumentswhichmaybesubmittedforratificationasInternationalStandardizedProfiles.AnOSEisdefinedasacomprehensivesetofinterfaces,servicesandsupportingformats(includinguseraspects)enablinginteroperabilityandportabilityofapplications,dataorpeople,asspecifiedbyinformationtechnologystandardsandprofiles.Communicationprotocolsarepartofthespecificationofbehavioratcertaintypesofinterfaces.EachOSEprofileiscreatedtosatisfyaclearlyspecifiedsetofuserrequirements.SinceprofileswillbeproposedaccordingtoneedsidentifiedtoSGFSandaccordingtotheprogressofinternationalbasestandardization,theTaxonomywillbeperiodicallyupdatedorhavenewpartsaddedinordertoreflecttheprogressreached.ItisalsorecognizedthattherewillbeproposalsfortheextensionofthetaxonomytocoverfunctionswhichwerenotidentifiedduringthepreparationofthiseditionofISO/IECTR10000.TheseextensionsmaybeidentifiedbyavarietyofproposersandinvolvesimpleextensionstotheexistingTaxonomyortheadditionofnewfunctionalareasnotcurrentlycoveredbyISO/IECTR10000.TheinclusionofsuchextensionsisadministeredfollowingtheprocedureselaboratedbySGFS.AdistinctionhasbeenmadebetweenaprofileandanISPwhichdocumentsoneormoreprofiles.TheTaxonomyisonlyconcernedwithprofiles,butfurtherinformationisgiveninthe"DirectoryofISPsandProfilescontainedtherein"astowhichISPcontainsthedocumentationofaprofile.ThisDirectoryismaintainedasanSGFSstandingdocumentSD-4(seereferenceinAnnexA).ForeachdraftprofilesubmittedtoSGFS,itwillalsoprovideadditionalinformation,includingthestatusoftheidentifiedprofiles.
