【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiescompositionalandphysicalpropertyrequirementsforfournon-blacknaturalrubbercompoundsdesignatedR40,R50,R60,R70,threenon-blacknaturalrubber/zincoxidecompoundsdesignatedS40,S50,S60andfiveblacknaturalrubbercompoundsdesignatedT40,T50,T60,T70,T80.Thesecompoundsareintendedforthemanufactureofitemsintheformofextrusionsanditemscutfromextrudedsections,e.g.washers.NOTE1Thecompoundsdonotnecessarilyhavegoodelectricalinsulatingproperties.NOTE2Thecompoundsmightnotbesuitableforusewhenspecialpropertiesarerequired,suchasimprovedozoneorheatresistance,freedomfromtarnishingofsomemetalliccomponents(copper,silver),longtermlowtemperatureuseorsealsincastoroilbasedfluidsystems.Thenaturalrubbercompoundsspecifiedinthisstandarddonotrequiretobecompoundedtoberesistanttoozoneattackandtheirresistancetoozoneisnottested.Potentialusersshouldseektechnicaladviceiftheyareunsureastowhetherozoneresistanceisrequiredfortheirapplication.ThereiscurrentlynoBritishStandardforozoneresistantnaturalrubbercompounds.
