【摘要】:Thisguideestablishestheminimumstandardfortraininglandsearchteammembersasitrelatestotheirgeneral,field,andsearchspecificknowledgeandskills.ApersontrainedtothisguideisaLevelIlandsearchteammember.EverypersonwhoisidentifiedasaLevelIlandsearchteammembershallhavemettherequirementsofthisguide.ThisguideistobeusedbyindividualsandagencieshavingjurisdictionthatwishtoidentifytheminimumtrainingstandardsforLevelIlandsearchteammembers.Thisguideisonlythefirstleveloftrainingforlandsearchpersonnelandassuch,onlyestablishestheminimumknowledgeandskillsrequiredforapersontoperformlandsearch.NothinginthisguideprecludesanAHJfromaddingadditionalrequirementsforitsownmembers.Thisguidebyitselfisnotatrainingdocument.ItisonlyanoutlineofthetopicsrequiredfortrainingorevaluatingaLevelIlandsearchteammember,butitcanbeusedtodevelopatrainingdocumentorprogram.ItisuptotheAHJtodeterminethedepthordetailoftrainingtomeetitsneeds.ThisguidedoesnotstandaloneandmustbeusedwiththereferenceddocumentstoprovidethespecificinformationneededbyaLevelIlandsearchteammemberorAHJ.Thoughthisguideestablishestheminimumstandards,itdoesnotimplythataLevelIlandsearchteammemberisax201C;trainee,x201D;x201C;probationary,x201D;orothersimilartermmemberofanAHJ.ItisuptotheAHJtodeterminetherequirementsandqualificationsformemberratings.ThisguidecanbeusedtoevaluateabookorotherdocumenttodetermineifitscontentmeetsthenecessarytopicsfortrainingaLevelIlandsearchteammember.Likewise,theguidecanbeusedtoevaluateanexistingtrainingprogramtoseeifitmeetstherequirementsofthisguide.Theknowledgeandskillsrequirementspresentedinthefollowingsectionsarenotpresentedinanyparticularorderanddonotrepresentatrainingsequence.Exceptwhereaphysicalskillneedstobeshown,itisuptotheAHJ,instructor,evaluator,ortestertodeterminethebestwaytoevaluateaperson''sknowledge.Thismaybebywrittenexam,oralexam,demonstration,orbysomecombinationofthethree.1.1ThisguideestablishestheminimumtrainingstandardforLevelIlandsearchteammembersasitrelatestotheirgeneral,field,andsearchspecificknowledgeandskills.1.2ALevelIlandsearchteammembersearchesonthesurfaceofthelandonly.Thisguidedoesnotprovidetheminimumtrainingrequirementsforsearchinginpartiallyorfullycollapsedstructures,inoronwater,inconfinedspaces,orunderground(suchascaves,mines,andtunnels.)1.2.1ALevelIsearchermaybeused,withtheabovelimitations,inremoteareasincludingurbanordisasterareasthatmaybeisolatedorhavelosttheirinfrastructure.1.3ALevelIlandsearchteammemberisrequiredtohaveonlyanoverviewlevelofknowledgeofrescueasitpertainstox201C;searchandrescue.x201D;Noknots,rope,litter,orotherrescueskillsarerequiredofaLevelIlandsearchteammember.1.3.1BasicrescueskillsandknowledgearefoundinGuideF2751.1.4LevelIlandsearchteammembersmustworkunderdirectsupervisionofLevelIIsearchers(GuideF2685)orotherexperiencedsearchpersonnel.1.5LevelIlandsearchteammembersar......
