【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesthemethodsofprotectionformagnesiumandmagnesiumalloysandspecifiestherequiredcharacteristicsfortheperformanceofvariousprotectionschemesformagnesium,aswellasthequalityassuranceofthecoatingobtained.Twotypesofprotectionareproduced:a)TypeⅠ:ChromatingandBSX38primerandfinishcoat;b)TypeⅡ:AnodizingandunpigmentedBSX38sealerandfinishcoat(optional)Thisstandardappliestopartsinmagnesiumandmagnesiumalloyswhenusedinaerospaceconstruction,whenreferenceismadetothisstandard.
