【摘要】:Thistestmethodisameasureoftheresistanceofthecoaltobreakageuponimpactandabrasionasthecoalrubstogetherandagainstthewallsofthetransportationvehicle.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftherelativefriabilityofaparticularsizeofsizedcoal.Itaffordsameansofmeasuringtheliabilityofcoaltobreakintosmallerpieceswhensubjectedtorepeatedhandlingatthemineorsubsequently,bythedistributororbytheconsumer.Thistestmethodisserviceableforascertainingthesimilarityofcoalsinrespecttofriabilityratherthanfordeterminingvalueswithinnarrowlimitstoemphasizetheirdissimilarity.Thistestmethodalsomayservetoindicatetherelativeextenttowhichsizedcoalswillsuffersizedegradationincertainmechanicalfeeddevices.Thistestmethodmaybeusedfordifferentiatingbetweencertainranksandgradesofcoal,andthereforethetestmethodisofserviceforcoalclassificationpurposes.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsshallberegardedasthestandard.Massmaybeexpressedinmetricvalues.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
